Futurum Parqez is the first collaborative font for Parquillian Design.

The idea for this font first came to the creator, Jose V Lopez, almost 40 years ago. A couple years ago he shared his concepts and we were gradually able to collaborate on editing the designs and turn them into a working font.

The philosophy behind the font is to use a standardized frame format and the fewest strokes possible, while maintaining legibility, to create an original minimalist and modern style.

VAROGE SARO NOEST is a font with a very funny name. Sometimes it can be a funny font. Or a font that is fun.

It looks kinda casual, but also a little bit handwritten--freeform and freehand. Or a form of block lettering with a rough edge. Not too rough. Just enough to break up the visual rigidity.

But this is not a face in distress. It’s mostly at ease in its surroundings. If it’s in text mode, it handles the job comfortably. In headline mode it does well too. It’s quite flexible and looking for a home.

For more than 70 years the 10-foot tall letters displaying the word FOSHAY have illuminated the Foshay Tower and Minneapolis skyline, but the typestyle has never been made into a font before. This new modern font family, dubbed Fosho Book, is optimized for use in print in a book; but they also function well as big bold display type on screen.

The Fosho fonts are available in three styles: Outlines, Dotted Bulb Inlines and Composite with both. You can use the three styles in overlapping colors for dramatic chromatic effects.

If you were a grotesque in mid-20th-century Switzerland, you were expected to be serious and proper, if a little dull. Unlike its dogmatic Modernist predecessors, Formular is a hip Swiss sans serif of the new generation. Inspired by the utilitarian 19th-century grotesques, its precision and and versatility are combined with a slightly eccentric character. A child of its time, it scoffs at the ideology of ideal forms, yet it is every bit as functional for all its idiosyncrasies, as any self-respecting Swiss sans.

Formular comes in five weights with corresponding italics and a monospace companion to the regular weight. Each weight includes special extra-light punctuation, lining tabular and old style figures, case-sensitive punctuation, and stylistic alternates.
